Description

Bad Bunch is an alternative rock album by Black Bananas, the group led by Jennifer Herrema with longtime collaborators Brian McKinley and Kurt Midness. It marks the trio’s first album since 2014’s Electric Brick Wall.

Blending synth-pop, hip-hop, French-touch house and dancehall influences, Black Bananas shape a spaced-out, jazzy-rock sound through improvisation and recording methods developed over the last decade. The album continues Herrema’s work across Royal Trux, RTX and Black Bananas, pushing the group’s sound further while keeping its distinctive character.
