How to Use

For 24 portions, use 600 g mix, 1.7 l water and 2.3 l milk. Pour the required quantity of water or milk into a mixing bowl with a capacity of at least 5 litres. Add the dessert mix and whisk for 30 seconds on low speed until evenly distributed; scrape down the bowl, then whisk on high speed for 2 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate when made up.
