Description
Avrak is the self-titled debut album from Norwegian heavy metal band Avrak, on limited silver vinyl. It is suited to listeners drawn to classic heavy metal and doom rock, with nine tracks combining those foundations with synth passages and traces of black metal.
Founded by guitarists Anders Hegna and Ted Skjellum, known as half of Darkthrone, the band builds its sound around thunderous riffs and hook-laden, doom-laced rock. The album explores empowerment in the face of increasingly corrupt times.
This edition includes a printed inner sleeve with full lyrics. The album was recorded, mixed and mastered at Molla Studio by Knut Magne Valle in February 2026.
