Description
The 13th Floor Elevators’ 1966 debut album returns as a facsimile edition reproducing the original mono mix. This 180g pressing is for listeners exploring the roots of psychedelic rock and garage.
Known for its influence on psychedelic rock and later punk, the album features “You’re Gonna Miss Me” and “Reverberation”. The facsimile sleeve reproduces the original artwork and is finished in reverse board.
This edition includes a four-page booklet with rare band photos from around the time of recording and session details. Its mono master was cut at half speed by Air Mastering from a new 96kHz-24bit transfer.
