We press single variety apple juices: ramley - traditionally known as a cooking apple produces a crisp refreshing juice. Cox - the UK's favorite home grown apple is deliciously fruity. Russet - this golden brown apple makes a rich sweet juice - think dessert wine without the alcohol!. We clear filter our English apple juices immediately after pressing using techniques borrowed from the wine industry; this ensures we capture the full fresh taste and aroma of the apples. There is also a light and summery Apple & Elderflower and a full bodied fruity Apple & Summer Berries (Rasberries and blackcurrants) - something for everyone and for any time!
