Origin Wars (2018) - Sci-Fi Action Adventure [DVD]

Set in the future during a time of interplanetary colonization, Sy (Kellan Lutz, The Twilight Saga, The Expendables 3) escapes from a brutal prison where mysterious and terrifying experiments have been conducted under the watch of a savage warden (Temuera Morrison, Star Wars Episodes 2 & 3, Once Were Warriors). After orchestrating a daring escape, Sy crosses paths with Kane (Daniel MacPherson, The Shannara Chronicles), a lieutenant working for EXOR, an off-world military contractor with a deadly secret. When EXOR's horrifying experiments break loose and the corporation initiates a plan to exterminate all life on the planet to cover their crimes, Sy and Kane form an uneasy alliance. Their mission: rescue Kane’s young daughter, Indi (Teagan Croft, Home and Away), and survive long enough to escape. Joined by rogue outlaws Gyp (Isabel Lucas, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen) and Bill (Luke Ford, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor), the group races against time to evade EXOR forces and battle the savage creatures roaming the desolate planet. Directed by Shane Abbess (Infini, Gabriel), Origin Wars delivers a high-octane sci-fi adventure featuring intense aerial dogfights, gritty practical effects, and a relentless pace that fans of action-packed space epics will love.
