How to Use

Use with a suitable brewing method. For a cup, use 2 heaped dessertspoonfuls (15 g) of ground coffee per 250 ml of water. For a double espresso, use 14–18 g and aim for an extraction time of about 27 seconds. Allow water to cool to about 93–95°C after boiling, then brew and serve immediately.
