How to Use

• When using for the first time, turn the applicator collar 8 times until the formula appears on the applicator.
• Apply to the under-eye area, including dark circles and crow’s feet, then blend.
• For extreme dark circles, apply Neutralizer under concealer. To add luminosity, apply Brightener to the inner corner of the eyes, cheek, brow bones and bridge of the nose.
